Through KARL STORZ-SOLUTIONS Financial Services, we are offering all common financing tools and creating highly individualized financing solutions for our customers. Within Germany, this includes the following models:

Rental and hire purchase solutions

In this area, we have developed standard packages for different specialties.

The standard packages are offered for a monthly fee, and customers have the option of adding a complete, reliable service package that includes maintenance and repairs. The packages can be modified, if desired, and they can be expanded by various applications. The rental period is usually 5 years, with the customer may choose the option of owning the device thereafter. The option of upgrading to a new device generation during the period of use is also available, if desired.

Leasing offers and other contract types, such as sale-and-hire-purchase-back

Trays rented by the day

e.g., for hip and knee arthroscopy. These are relatively rare procedures for which purchasing a tray is often not cost-effective. Therefore, you can choose to rent such trays by the day.

Pay-per-procedure solutions

This means that the price is based on the number of procedures performed, but the contract period is several years rather than one day. KARL STORZ-SOLUTIONS also offers to partially finance the necessary instruments through consumables, such as shaver blades in arthroscopy.

These solutions not only preserve our customers’ liquidity but also greatly facilitate cost allocation and transparency.

Furthermore, we offer tailored financing packages for completely furnishing entire hospitals with medical devices. This can include non-KARL STORZ products as well.

With this range of services, we are able to create tailored financing options for anything from individual instruments to large-scale purchases of medical devices and to offer the respective financing tools at competitive conditions.

As another financial service, we offer a profitability analysis of planned investments in collaboration with neutral partners. This service is available to our customers for smaller investments, large-scale hospital projects and anything in between.
